摘    要:目的建立电导滴定法测定N-琥珀酰壳聚糖取代度的方法。方法用NaOH标准溶液滴定溶解于过量HCl标准溶液中的样品,测定电导率值,计算取代度。结果该方法的RSD为1.45%,改变实验条件,取代度无显著性差异。结论该方法操作简便、快捷,重现性好。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determinating the substitution degree of N-succinyl-chitosan by conductometric titration.Method The sample of N-succinyl-chitosan was dissolved in excess HCl,which then was titrated by standard NaOH.The conductivity of the solution was detected and the substitution degree of N-succinyl-chitosan was calculated.Result The RSD of the method was 1.45%.The substitution degree had no significant difference when the conditions of the experiment were changed.Conclusion The method is easy with a good reproducibility,and prompt to be performed.
