普罗布考对脑梗死患者血管内皮细胞和血小板功能的影响

目的：观察普罗布考对急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对脑梗死患者血管内皮细胞和血小板功能的影响。方法：62例急性脑梗死患者按入院顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加普罗布考0．5g，bid，连续60d，并于治疗前后进行神经功能评估与血管内皮细胞和血小板功能测定。结果：普罗布考治疗后在神经功能明显改善的同时，血管内皮细胞和血小板功能亦得以改善。结论：普罗布考具有保护血管内皮细胞和改善血小板功能的作用。

Effect of probucol on functions of vascular endotheliocyte and platelet of patients with cerebral infarction

Object: To observe the clinical efficacy of probucol and its effect onfunctions of vascular endotheliocyte and platelet of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were equally and randomly divided to control group (receive routine therapy) and treatment group (receive routine therapy plus 0.5 g probucol , bid , for 60 days). The neurological function was evaluated and the vascular endotheliocyte and platelet functions were measured before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the vascular endotheliocyte and platelet functions were markedly improved following improvement in neurological function. Conclusion: Probucol possesses the effects of protecting vascular endotheliocyte and improving platelet function.
