南沙守礁人员的心理评估

目的：了解南沙守礁人员的心理特征与状态。方法：使用SCL-90和卡特尔16种人格因素量表（Cattell＇s 16PF）对98名南沙守礁人员进行测查。结果：南沙守礁人员后期SCL一90中的总分、躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执等因子分数显著高于对照组，Cattell＇s 16PF中的稳定性、敏感性、怀疑性和紧张性等人格特质与对照组有显著差异。结论：对南沙守礁人员除了进行常规的医学诊断与治疗外，还需进行必要的心理诊断，对于那些有异常心理症状或易感个性的守礁人员要介入心理咨询与治疗。预防和控制心理疾病的出现或加重。

Psychological evaluation of the reef garrison military personnel at Nansha in South China Sea

Objective: To investigate the psychological features and mental health state of the reef garrison military personnel at Nansha.Methods: SCL-90 and Cattell's 16PF questionnaire were used to measure the physical and psychological health of 98 reef garrison military personnel at Nansha.Results: Total score,and such indices as somatology,forcibility,depression,anxiety,bigotry,etc of SCL-90 for the reef garrison military personnel at Nansha were significantly higher than those of the control group.And significant differences could be seen in such personality characteristics as stability,sensitivity,suspiciousness,tension,etc in(Cattell's)16PF,when compared with those of the control group. Conclusion: For the reef garrison military personnel at Nansha,in addition to conventional medical diagnosis and treatment,it is necessary to give them psychological diagnosis.And for those with psychological symptoms or with susceptible personality,it is necessary to give them psychological interference consultation or treatment,so as to prevent and control the occurrence of psychological disorders.
