外伤性脾破裂56例诊治体会

本文收治56例外伤性脾破裂,其中13例合并具他脏器损伤,疗效满意。在腹部外伤病人中,脾破裂的诊断不难确立,一经考虑为碑破裂,大都需要急诊手术治疗。传统手术方式拟行脾切除术,合并有其他脏器损伤者辅以相应的手术方式。目前的术式选择应尽量保留脾脏或行脾组织移植(尤其在儿童),保留脾功能。

Experience in Diagnosis and Treatment of 56 Cases of Splenic Rupture Caused by Trauma

56 cases of splenic rupture caused by trauma were treated ,13 cases of whichbeing complicated by other viscera injury. The effect of treatment is satisfaction. It was not difficult to diagnose the splenic rupture among the cases of abdomen injury caused by trauma. As soon as the splenic rupture is diagnosed ,patients must be operated immediatelly. Traditional operative method is to perform splenectomy. Corresponding operation is taken on the other Viscera injury. At present spleen must be preserved as possible as we can or transplanted (especially in the cases of children)in order to preserve the function of spleen.
