| 摘 要： | 近年来由于抗生素的不合理应用,肠球菌面临抗生素选择性压力增大,肠球菌所致临床感染增加,成为医院获得性感染的主要致病菌之一。此文对肠球菌的耐药类型、耐药机制、检测方法及感染现状作一分析,目的是为重视肠球菌的感染、治疗及耐药性监测,指导临床合理使用抗生素。

| Abstract: | In recent years,because of antibiotic extensive application,Enterococcus' infection increases continuously,it has become one of the major pathogens responsible for hospital-acquired infection.This text analyzes the resistant types,resistant mechanisms,the detecting methods and the present infective situation of Enterococcus,in order to pay attention to the infection,therapy and prevention of Enterococcus and to guide antibiotics chemotherapy in clinics. |
