健康志愿者股骨大转子区域髂胫束的高频超声特征

摘    要:目的探讨健康人群股骨大转子区域髂胫束的高频超声声像图特征。方法对120例4~68岁健康志愿者的双侧240条股骨大转子区域髂胫束进行高频超声检查,观察其成像特征并测量厚度,对测量数据进行统计学分析。结果健康志愿者股骨大转子区域髂胫束高频超声检查呈细薄的宽阔带状,边界清楚,周边为清晰的线状肌膜高回声,内部呈偏低回声,可见分布均匀的清晰条索状纤维结构。髂胫束厚度为1.6~3.7mm,平均(2.35±0.38)mm,同组左右侧及男女之间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组间左侧与左侧及右侧与右侧比较差异有统计学意义(r=-6.632及r=-6.939,P均〈0.01);未成年组髂胫束厚度与年龄呈正相关(r:0.641~0.682,P〈0.05),成年组髂胫束厚度与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.412--0,391,P〈0.05)。结论高频超声可清晰显示股骨大转子区域髂胫束的形态、结构及回声特点,确立健康人群股骨大转子区域髂胫束超声诊断标准,以便于识别病变时的异常变化。

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study was to explore the characteristics of iliotibial tract of (ITT) femoral greater trochanter (GT) region in healthy volunteers by ultrasonography and the ultrasound diagnostic criteria was preliminarily established. Methods Two hundred and forty iliotibial tract of femoral greater trochanter regionin 120 healthy volunteers ranging from g to 68 years old were scanned with high-fie- quency ultrasound. ITT imaging characteristics and the thickness were recorded. The measured data was statistically analyzed. Results High-frequency ultrasound showed ITr was a thin and wide band in shape with a clear and hyperechoic fine border. There were little lower but homogeneous echoes and clear streak-like fibrilla inside the normal ITF. ITF in GT region was 1.6 to 3.7 mm (2.35 ±0.38 mm) in thickness without difference of thickness between left and right side or between man and woman ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was a statistically significant positive correlation between ITF thickness and subject age in minor period (r = 0. 641- 0. 682, P 〈 0.05 ), but a negative correlation in adulthood( r = - 0. 412- - 0. 391, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The iliotibial tract of femoral greater trochanter region can be showed clearly by high-frequency ultrasound. The ultrasound diagnostic criteria of normal ITT will be benefit for diagnosis of abnormal ITF.
