| 摘 要： | 目的探讨贲门周围血管离断术治疗门脉高压致食道胃底静脉破裂出血的近远期疗效。方法回顾性分析32例门脉高压致食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血行贲门周围血管离断术的临床资料。结果近期死亡率为6.3%,近期止血率为100%,随访患者中肝功能改善率89.4%,再出血率为15.6%。结论贲门周围血管离断术是治疗门脉高压致食道胃底静脉破裂出血比较理想的一种手术方法。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore an effective treatment for bleeding in gastroesophageal varices (GEV) of portal hypertension in the near future and long-term. [Methods] The clinical data of 32 bleeding cases in GEV of portal hypertension was retrospectively analysed. [Results] Near future death rate was 6.3%. The rate of hematischesis was 100%. The improvement rate of hepatic function was 89.4% in followed up patients. Rehaemorrhagia rate was 15.6%. [Conclusions] Pericardial devascularization is a relatively ideal operation for treatment of bleeding in GEV of portal hypertension. |
