| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价ONE -STEP粘接剂对牙本质过敏症脱敏治疗的疗效。方法 :牙本质过敏症患牙 3 3 6个 ,随机分成 3组。A组 :ONE -STEP粘接剂脱敏 ,B组 :Gluma脱敏剂脱敏 ,C组 :氟化钠甘油糊剂脱敏。结果 :即刻疗效 :A组 >C组 (P <0 .0 1)、B组 >C组 (P <0 .0 1)、A组与B组无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 1个月和 3个月疗效 :A组 >B组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :ONE -STEP粘接剂治疗牙本质过敏症疗效稳定持久。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of treating dentine hypersensitivity by ONE-STEP adhesive.Method:336 teeth with dentine hypersensitivty were divided into three groups. Group A: ONE-STEP adhesive. Group B: Gluma desensitizer. Group C: sodium fluoride.Result:in a moment, effective rates in group A and group B were significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.01), there were no statistically significant differences between the groups of A and B(P>0.05). After one month and three months , effective rates in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.01).Conclusion ONE-STEP adhesive shows better clinical treatment effects, It is suitable for widespread adoption in treating dentin hypersensitivity. |
