糖尿病患者动态血糖监测的应用

目的了解Minimed动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)在血糖监测中的准确性及糖尿病患者的血糖波动及控制情况。方法对100例糖尿病病人进行连续3天(72小时)动态血糖监测。结果(1)血糖控制理想10例,血糖控制良好24例,血糖控制较差66例。(2)发现低血糖31例,其中无症状的低血糖25例。(3)1型糖尿病血糖波动较大,易于发生夜间低血糖。(4)CGMS血糖值与自我血糖监测(SGMS)血糖值相关性良好。(5)根据CGMS检查结果,针对性调整治疗方案,并且取得较好的治疗效果。结论连续动态血糖监测准确、安全,能及时发现血糖波动,指导临床用药。

Application of the minimed continuous glucose monitoring system in blood glucose measurement

Objective To evaluate accuracy of the Minimed Continuous Glucose Monitoring System(CGMS) in blood glucose measurement and to investigate the control and fluctuating of daily glucose in diabetes mellitus.Methods The blood glucose was measured in 100 patients with diabetic by using CGMS for three days.Results The blood glucose was ideally controlled in10 cases,was well controlled in 24 cases and was poorly controlled in 66 cases.31 patients had hypoglycemia and 25 of them had asymptomatic hypoglycemia.The fluctuating of blood glucose in type 1 diabetes mellitus was more unstable than that in type 2 diabetes mellitus.The glucose values had a significant correlation between the CGMS and blood glucose self-monitoring(BGMS).Conclusion The CGMS is not only accurate and safe,but it also can acquire promptly glucose fluctuating and guide clinical treatment.
