| 摘 要： | 作者对胃癌患者的胃液,血浆中脂质过氧化物(Lipid Peroxide,LPO)及胃癌粘膜中LPO和超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)进行测定,结果表明,胃癌患者血浆LPO与正常人比较及胃癌胃液LPO与浅表性胃炎对照,差异非常显著(p<0.01),而胃癌粘膜组织中LPO及SOD与癌旁正常粘膜比较无显著差异(p>0.05),但LPO值高于止常对照组,而SOD低于正常对照组。

| Abstract: | We determined lipid peroxide (LPO) nnd superoxidc dismustase (SOD) in the mucosa of gastric cancer of the patients and its contents in gastric juice and blood plasma. Results indicated that LPo in plasma of patients with gastric cancer compared with that in normal people, P<0,01, and LPO in gastric juice of patients with gastric cancer compared with that of the patients with superficial gastritis, p<0.01, they are remarkable different. However,LPO and SOD in the mucosa tissue of gastric cancer compared with in the tissue of normal mucosa beisde cancer, P>0,05, there aren't signilicant different. |
