P504S与p63鉴别前列腺良恶性病变的价值

目的:探讨P504S与p63在前列腺良恶性病变鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测105例前列腺穿刺及经尿道电切活检标本,其中40例为经尿道前列腺电切标本。结果:20例前列腺癌中P504S均呈阳性表达,15例高级别上皮内瘤变中有12例呈阳性表达,20例低级别上皮内瘤变及50例前列腺良性增生组织中均未见其表达。20例前列腺癌中均未见p63表达,15例高级别上皮内瘤变中有4例呈阳性表达,20例低级别上皮内瘤变均呈阳性表达,50例前列腺良性增生组织中有44例呈阳性表达。结论:联合检测前列腺病变组织中P504S与p63的表达,对鉴别前列腺良恶性病变有很大的帮助。

Value of P504S and p63 in the differential diagnosis of prostate lesions

Objective:To study the value of P504S and p63 in the differential diagnosis of prostate lesions.Methods: SP immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of P504S and p63 in105 prostate needle biopsy samples,40 prostate specimens which were excised transurethra. Results: The positive expression of P504S was observed in 20 prostate carcinomas and 12 high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasias(HGPIN).No expression was observed in 20 low-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasias(LGPIN) and 50 benign prostatic hyperplasia specimens.The positive expression of p63 was observed in 4 HGPIN,20 LGPIN and all 50 benign prostatic hyperplasia specimens.No expression was observed in 20 prostate carcinomas. Conclusion: To detect the expressions of P504S and p63 in prostatic specimens was great useful to the diagnosis.
