倍他乐克治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭106例临床观察

目的:观察长期的倍他乐克治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法:选取我院2006年1月至2007年1月住院治疗的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者为观察对象,共106例。将其随机分为倍他乐克治疗组和对照组各53例,每例均行超声心动图检查,测定LVEF及FS,出院后随访6个月。结果:治疗组应用倍他乐克6个月后,该组患者LVEF明显增加(P<0.05);FS显著增加(P<0.05)。对照组前后比较LVEF和FS值都有所增加。与对照组比较,治疗组LVEF和FS绝对值增加更多,两组间LVEF和FS的前后差值比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:倍他乐克治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者能显著提高其LVEF和FS,改善患者的心功能。

Time of His Le Ke Treats the Chronicity Congested Heart Failulre 106 Examples Clinical Observations

Objective Observes long-term time of his Le Ke to treat the chronicity congested heart failure patient＇s curative effect.Methods Selects my courtyard from January 2006 to January 2007 the hospital treatment chronicity congested heart failure patient is the object of observation, altogether 106 examples.Results In the metoprolol group, after treated with metoprolol for 6 months,the LVEF and FS increased significantly （P〈0.05）. in the control group,after 6 months, the LVEF and FS increased also.compared with control group,the increased LVEF and FS of the metoprolol group were higher.There were significant differences between two groups of the increased LVEF and FS （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol treatment of patients with CHF results in an improved heart function.
