| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨牙周炎患者对套筒冠覆盖义齿的远期满意度以及基牙牙周状况.方法 对有可摘义齿修复史的20例牙列缺损伴牙周炎患者进行套筒冠义齿修复,填写标准问卷,记录套筒冠义齿修复前,戴义齿3个月、 1年、2年后患者对义齿美观程度、语音功能、咀嚼功能、固位情况、舒适性的主观评价;检查并记录基牙菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI),牙龈指数(gingival index,GI),探诊深度(probing depth,PD), 龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI),牙齿松动度等牙周临床指标.结果 修复后3个月、 1年及2年与修复前相比,除了语音功能评价差别不明显外(P>0.05),患者对义齿美观程度、咀嚼功能、固位情况、舒适性的满意度明显增高(P<0.05).PD术后3个月就有明显改善,后期接近正常值.SBI修复后有下降趋势;PLI和GI比修复前略增加,但无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 套筒冠义齿对可以提高患者对义齿的满意度,改善牙周炎患者的基牙健康状况.
