肾综合征出血热并多器官功能衰竭

目的　探讨肾综合征出血热并多器官功能衰竭发生的诱因、病期、发病率及预后。方法　回顾性分析我院近 2 3年来 110例肾综合征出血热并多器官功能衰竭发生的诱因、病期、累及的器官数目及受损脏器的频数。结果　肾综合征出血热并多器官功能衰竭的发生率为 8.8% ,病死率为 39.1% ,主要诱因为出血 ,最易发生的病期为少尿期 ,最易受损的脏器为肾脏。结论　坚持“三早一就”的治疗原则 ,早期抗病毒治疗 ,及时防治休克、出血、水电解质紊乱和继发感染 ,可以避免或减少多器官功能衰竭的发生 ,降低病死率 ,提高肾综合征出血热的治愈率。

The hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes complicated by multiple organ failure

Objective To investigate the inducement,phase,attack rate and outcome of the hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes(HFRS) complicated by multiple organ failure(MOF).Methods To analyse retrospectively the inducement,phase,number and frequency of involved organ in 110 patients with HFRS complicated by MOF in recent 23 years.Results The incidence of HFRS complicated by MOF was 8.8% and the fatality rate was 39.1%,the prime inducement was hemorrhage,the phase was in no uresis and the kidney was prone to lesion.Conclusion In order to decrease the incidence and the death rate of MOF,increase the cure rate of MOF,the principle such as early finding,eary rest,early diagnose should be emphasized,and to treat and prevent shock,hemorrhage water-electrolytes balance and secondary infection in time.
