蚌埠地区老年人血常规正常参考值范围的调查

目的通过调查研究建立蚌埠地区正常老年人血常规的参考值范围。方法应用百分位数法统计蚌埠市及三县（怀远、五河、固镇）60～80岁老年人的血常规参考值范围。被调查者空腹经肘静脉采血，用日本产血液细胞分析仪（Sysmex XT-1800i、Sysmex KX-21N）测定，数据统计应用SPSS10．0软件。结果本调查的血常规指标呈非正态分布，蚌埠地区老年人血常规参考值与临床常用的参考值差别有统计学意义（P〈0．05），男性和女性间差别无统计学意义。结论临床常用的参考值范围并不完全适合于蚌埠地区老年人。本调查的参考值范围可作为本地区的老年人血常规参考值范围。

Investigation of Reference Range of Hemogram in Older Population in Bengbu District

Objective To establish healthy reference range of hemogram for older population in Bengbu district. Methods The hemogram results of those who aged 60 or more in the Bengbu district were analyzed with percentile method. Participants were asked to collected fasting blood from median cubital vein. Hemogram were measured with Sysmex XT-1800 and Sysmex XT-21 hematology analyzer. Statistical analysis was performed by using the software of SPSS10.0. Results The distribution of this study from reference subjects showed a non-normal distribution, there were significantly differences for reference values between older population and common adult population. There were not significantly differences for all hemogram indices between women and men. Conclusion The reference range that was usually used in clinical practice may not be ideal for the evaluation of test results from older population. The reference range that derived from this investigation was suitable for our clinical laboratory to compare hemogram results from older adults.
