入境集装箱卫生状况调查报告

本文报道了1991年从汕头特区码头入境的2807个集装箱的卫生状况调查。结果表明,入境集装箱卫生合格率为89.3％;病媒昆虫携带率为0.8％;装有废旧物品的占1.7％。作者认为,为防止传染病传入,除了来自疫区的集装箱外,有重点地对装载保税、来料加工物资的入境集装箱实行开箱抽检,并对入境集装箱实施预防性除虫等卫生处理是必要的。

AN INVESTIGATION REPORT ON SANITARY CONDITION OF THE INCOMING CONTAINERS

This article gave an account of sanitary condition investigation on 2807 containers incoming from the harbour of Shantou Specal Economic Zone in 1991. The result showed that the health qualified rate of the containers was 89. 3 percent; the carrier rate of insect vectors was 0. 8 percent and the waste and used articles loaded covered 1. 7 percent. In author's opinion, in order to prevent the transmission of communicable diseases into the country, apart from the containers coming from an infected area, it was necessary to focus on the selective examination by opening the containers loaded with commodities for protective tariff or material processing and to handle the incoming containers by health measure such as the preventive disinsecting and so on.
