改良无张力疝修补术影响疝修补术后慢性疼痛的观察

目的探讨改良无张力疝修补术对疝修补术后慢性疼痛影响。方法选取2013年1月至2013年12月我院外科收治的腹股沟疝气患者320例,随机分为研究组和对照组各160例。研究组采用改良无张力疝修补术进行治疗,对照组使用无张力疝修补手术。比较两组患者术后疼痛发生及疝气复发情况等指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的85.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后各种不适症状人数明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后均无患者复发。结论采用改良无张力疝修补术对术后慢性疼痛有显著改善效果,可有效减轻网塞填充使患者产生的异物感,减轻对精索的压迫,手术后复发率低且补片不易发生移位。

Effect of Modified Tension-Free Hernia Repair on Chronic Pain After Operation

Objective To investigate the effect of modified tension-free hernia repair on chronic pain after operation.Methods 320patients with inguinal hernia admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were included and randomly divided into research group and control group,with 160 cases in each group.The research group was treated with modified tension-free hernia repair,while the control group was treated with tension-free hernia repair.The pain and hernia recurrence after operation were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 97.5%,significantly higher than 85.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cases of postoperative discomfort in the research group were fewer than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no recurrence case after operation in both groups.Conclusions The modified tension-free hernia repair has significant improving effect on chronic pain after operation,and can effectively reduce a sense of oppression caused by using the mesh plug filling body,relieve compression to the spermatic cord.It has low recurrence rate after operation and the patch is not easy to shift.
