老年男性脑梗死患者主观幸福感和认知功能的临床研究

目的 评价老年男性脑梗死患者的主观幸福感及认知功能。方法 对48例老年男性脑梗死患者的主观幸福感及认知功能进行评分，与对照组比较研究。结果 老年男性脑梗死患者的MUNSH总分、正性因子分和认知功能显著降低，而负性因子分显著增高；语言智商、操作智商、总智商及记忆商均低于正常对照组；多发梗死患者的智商、记忆商和主观幸福感显著低于单发梗死者。左侧病变者主观幸福感低于右侧病变者。结论 老年男性脑梗死患者的主观幸福感及认知功能均降低，且受病变的部位和数量及范围的影响。

Clinic study of subjective well being and cognitive function in old men with cerebral infarction

Objective To study the subjective well being and cognitive function in old men with cerebral infarction. Methods 48 old men with cerebral infarction and 48 controls were investigated. Subjective well being indexes were evaluated by positive factor, negative factor and total score of MUNSH(Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness).Cognitive function were evaluated by the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale and Wechsler Adult clinical memory Scale. Results Compared with control group, patients with cerebral infarction had significant lower MUNSH total score, positive factor and cognitive function,and higher negative factor score of MUNSH. Patients with multiple cerebral infarction had even lower intellectual quotient and memorial quotient than single. Patients with left cerebral infarction had lower subjective well being than patients with right cerebral infarction. Conclusions Old men with cerebral infarction had lower subjective well being and cognitive function, and the reduced degree was correlated with the infarction position and area of cerebral infarction affected.
