茵虎黄胶囊的提取工艺

摘    要:目的:筛选出茵虎黄胶囊的最佳提取工艺.方法:采用正交设计的实验方法进行提取工艺研究,以茵虎黄胶囊中主药大黄、虎仗蒽醌类成份含量作为考察指标,根据实验结果确定最佳提取工艺.结果:在有效成分提取过程中,溶剂因素影响最为显著(P<0.05),而溶剂用量与提取时间则无明显影响.结论:运用4倍量95%乙醇回流提取2 h为最佳提取工艺.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To select an optimal extraction techno logy for Yinghuhuang capsules. METHODS An orthogonal test method based on the content of anth raquinones was used to determine an optimal technology. RESULTS Solvent was a marked factor influencing the extraction obviously (P< 0.05). Time of extraction and the amount of solvent had no obvious effect.CONCLUSION The optimal condition is to extract using 4 times am ount of alcohol (95%) for 2 hours.
