| 摘 要： | 目的探索广东顺德地区肝癌高发的主要危险因素、肝癌发生的家庭相关模式以及HBV感染对肝癌家庭相关的影响。方法20062008年在广东顺德进行原发性肝癌的病例对照家系研究;应用非条件Logistic回归模型估计危险因素与肝癌的关联,父母受累、同胞受累与先证者肝癌关联的OR值描述肝癌的家庭相关。结果在未考虑HBsAg状态时,同胞表型与肝癌的关联OR值为3.34（95%CI：1.149.75）;父母表型与肝癌关联的OR值为0.92（95%CI：0.332.56）。考虑HBsAg状态后,同胞表型和肝癌关联的OR值有所降低,为2.94（95%CI：0.949.25）;HBsAg阳性可增加肝癌的风险,调整的OR值为4.38（95%CI：2.447.87）。结论广东顺德地区HBV感染是原发性肝癌的主要危险因素;肝癌具有家庭聚集性,主要表现为同胞间的相关,且受HBV感染的影响。
