中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究

目的 :观察中药消渴灵 1号治疗 2型糖尿病的疗效。方法 :在西药治疗基础上加用中药消渴灵 1号治疗 2型糖尿病患者 10 0例 (治疗组 ) ,同时与单独西药治疗的 5 0例作对照 (对照组 )。治疗2个月后 ,观察两种治疗方法对糖尿病患者血糖、胰岛 B细胞功能 (胰岛素、C肽 )、血脂等指标的影响。结果 :两组患者空腹、餐后 2小时血糖水平均明显降低 ( P<0 .0 1) ,但治疗组血糖下降幅度更大( P<0 .0 1)。降低空腹、餐后血糖的总有效率治疗组分别为 87%和 90 % ,对照组分别为 70 %和 84%。两组患者血浆胰岛素、 C肽水平均升高 ( P<0 .0 1)。治疗组甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平较治疗前下降 ,高密度脂蛋白水平上升 ,而对照组治疗后仅有低密度脂蛋白水平下降 ( P<0 .0 1)。两组均未见明显的低血糖及其他副反应发生。结论 :中药消渴灵 1号结合西药治疗 2型糖尿病能有效控制血糖且安全

Clinical study of traditional Chinese and western medicine on type 2 diabetic patients

Objective: It is to investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine herb xiaokeling on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: One hundred and fifty type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into two groups. One hundred patients in treatment group were treated with xiaokeing and oral hypoglycemic agent (OHA). Fifty patients in control group were only treated with OHA. After treatment two months, the effects of these two methods on plasma glucose, insulin, C peptide and lipid levels were observed. Results: The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and postprandial blood glucose (PBG) were reduced in both groups, especially in treatment group ( P <0.01). With regard to reducing fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels, the total effective rate in treatment group was 87% and 90% respectively, while in control group was 70% and 84%. The insulin and C peptide levels in two groups increased. In treatment group, the levels of TG and LDL decreased after treatment, and the levels of HDL increased. While in control group, only LDL decreased. No severe side effects were observed in two groups during the clinical treatment. Conclusion: Xiaokeling combination with OHA on type 2 diabetes mellitus can control blood glucose, and this method is safe.
