| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床药师在药学服务中的作用。方法：回顾性分析本院临床药师在药品不良反应监测、协助处理药疗事故、指导护士正确请领、保管和使用药品、对医生用药行实施监控和干预的案例，阐述临床药师在药学服务中的作用。结果：临床药师对医师用药方案的监控和干预以及开展药品不良反应监测、协助处理药疗事故、指导护士正确使用药品，可提高医疗服务水平。结论：临床药师可充分发挥专业特长，在促进合理用药、提升本院疾病治疗的竞争力方面发挥积极作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To discuss the role of clinical pharmacist played in Pharmaceutical care. METHODS To acknowledge the important role of clinical pharmacist, the author made an overall review over the cases, which are the cases of preventive medications, adverse drug reaction monitoring, dealing with drug therapy effect, nurses＇ using drug. RESULTS Pharmacist can improve the clinical effect through Pharmaceutical care, intervention on clinicians＇dosage regimen and adverse drug reaction monitoring and Pharmacists＂ dealing with drug therapy effect. CONCLUSIONS Clinical pharmacists can bring their specialty into full play and enhancing hospital competitiveness in the treatment of single entity. |
