卵巢组织发生中间质细胞的形态学观察

本文采用光镜和电镜技术观察了12-38周38例胎儿卵巢组织发生中间质细胞的组织化学和超微结构的变化。第12周胎儿卵巢髓质已出现少量散在的间质细胞,第15-16周其向皮质内侧份的生卵索周围延伸,数量增多;19-30周数量减少,仅存在于皮质外侧份;第36周后少见。间质细胞同毛细血管具有密切关系,并具有分泌类固醇激素细胞的超微结构和组织化学特征,它们可能在胚胎时期已具有分泌功能,本文对间质细胞的来源及功能进行了初步探讨。

OBSERVATIONS OF INTERSTITIAL CELLS IN THE HUMAN FETAL OVARY

The ultrastructural and histochemical feature; of interstitial cells in the human fetal ovaries were studied by light and electron microscopy in specimans from 38 human fetus between 12 to 38 weeks. Interstitial cells appeared first within the medullary region beneath the cortical cord at 12 weeks. The number is maximal at 15 to 16 weeks around the ovigerous cards in the Inner half of the cortex. They decreased at 19 to 30 weeks. They were general found adjacent to blood vessels. These cells shown ultrastructural and histochemical feaures associated with steroidogenic and activity. This suggest that interstitial cells produce secrations in fetal ovaries. The origin of these cells in the human fetal ovaries was discusstd.
