| 摘 要： | 采用pH指示剂吸收度比值法测定人工肾透析液(35倍浓)中醋酸钠含量,以溴酚蓝为指示剂,盐酸液(0.1mol/L)为标准溶液。测定波长为437nm和592nm。线性关系良好,r=0.9998(n=6)。平均回收率为100.75％,RSD=0.39％。本法操作简便、快速、准确,适用于医院制剂分析。

| Abstract: | To make an assay, a pH -indicator absorbance ratio method was established for dialysis solution for artifical kindey(35 times concentration). Bromophenol blue was uesd as indicator and 0. 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution as volumetric solution. The absorbance was measured at 437nm and 592nm. The calibration curve was linear (r=0. 9998,n=6). The average recovery for the assay was 100. 75% with relative standard deviation of 0. 39%(n = 5). The method is simple, rapid and suitable for analysis in hospital. |
