三种宫内节育器(VCu200,金单和TCu200C)放置五年月经血量和血红蛋白浓度变化

本文对三种宫内节育器(IUD)VCu200 241例,金单244例和TCu220C 272例共计放置757例,观察五年。测定其月经血量和血红蛋白浓度。至五年时尚存390例。放器前平均MBL45.2ml。放器后两年内MBL 变化与文献报道相似。至五年时其MBL接近放器前平均水平。三种IUD 放器前其MBL≥80ml 而在放置五年时MBL<80ml者占19.77%。放器前MBL<80ml 在放器后第1年MBL≥80ml,至五年时其MBL<80ml 者占44.35%。放器后Hb 浓度金单组普遍低于放器前Hb 平均水平,VCu200与TCu220C 组的Hb 浓度反较放器前高。

Variation of Menstrual Blood Loss and Hemoglobin During Five Years after Insertion of Three Types of IUD(VCu200,Steel Ring,TCu220C)

This study is to show the variation of menstrual blood loss and hemo-globin during five years after insertion of three types of IUD,observed ina total number of 757 cases,containing VCu200 241 cases,steel ring 214cases or TCu220C 272 cases.The results demonstrated that the mean ofMBL volume was found to be 45.2ml befor insertion,obviously increasedin the initial stage of the insertion and then began to be gradually de-creased after the insertion.The mean of MBL showed to approach to thepre-insertion level in the fifth year of insertion.Futhermore,19.77% ofthose whose MBL volume was≥80ml before insertion showed to be decreasedto<80ml till the fifth year after insertion.Otherwise,44.35% of thosewhose MBL volume was less than 80ml before insertion and increased tobe≥80ml at the fifth year after insertion and returned to be<80ml till thefifth year after insertion.In respect of Hb content,it was discoveredthat the Hb level of VCu200 and TCu220C groups after insertion appearedto be greater than that before insertion except the steel ring group.Therefore,the authors concluded that the variation of MBL volume wasadherent to the change in Hb content after insertion.
