黄芪注射液对慢性血小板减少性紫癜患者免疫学的影响

目的 :观察黄芪注射液对慢性气虚型血小板减少性紫癜的影响 ,探讨黄芪注射液对血小板减少性患者的临床疗效。方法 :将 12 0例气虚型血小板减少患者分为两组 ;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液 ,并于治疗前后观察血小板计数 ,测定细胞免疫 ,骨髓巨核细胞数。结果 :治疗组显效 16例 ,良效 2 4例 ,进步 12例 ,无效 8例 ,有效率 86 67%;对照组显效 10例 ,有效 14例 ,进步 10例 ,有效率 5 6 67%。两组比较有显著性差异。治疗后血小板计数较对照组明显上升 ,细胞免疫紊乱明显改善 ,产板巨核细胞上升。结论 :黄芪注射液能明显改善血小板减少性紫癜患者免疫功能 ,提升血小板计数 ,与西药合用疗效更好

Effect of Huangqi Injection on Immunology in Patient with Qi Deficiency Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic

Objective: To observe the effects of Huangqi Injection(HQI) on immunology in patients with qi deficiency chronic idiopathic(CITP),and to explor the clinical of HQI in treating patients of CITP.Methods:One hundred twenty patients were divided into two groups.Conventional treatment was given to both groups ,and HQI was administered to the treated group additionally.The therapeutic effect and immunology before and after treatment were comared.Resnlt:in the treated group,treatment showed markedly effective in 16 cases and effective in 24,advance in 12,the total effective rate being 86 67%, while in the control group,markedly effective in 10 and effective in 14,advance 10,the total effective rate being 56 67%,the comparison between the two groups showed significant difference.BPC and the platlet\|producing megakaryocyte were increaced,and abnormal cell immune function was improved after treatment.Conclusion:HQI could markedly improve the immune fuction of patients with CITP. The effect of conventional treatment would be enhanced in combination therapy with HQI.
