| 摘 要： | 目的 分析心理因素对胃癌发生的影响 ,为胃癌的防治提供依据。方法 采用 1 :1配对的病例对照研究 ,对 1 75对胃癌患者及对照进行问卷调查 ,资料处理采用Logistic回归模型进行单因素和多因素分析。计算比值比 (OR)估计各危险因素与胃癌的联系强度。结果 精神刺激 (OR =1 .83 )和精神压抑 (OR =1 .5 0 )为胃癌的危险因素 ,经多因素分析后 ,比值比分别为 1 .47和 1 .79。结论 心理因素对胃癌的发生有一定的影响。胃癌的发生是多种因素共同作用的结果。

| Abstract: | Object To analyze the psychological effect on the incidence rate of gastric cancer and to offer informations for its prevention.Method A 1:1 matchedcase-control study was conducted,175 patients with gastric cancer and 175 controls were surveyed by questionnaire. The data were treated with univariate and multivariate Logistic regression.And the correlation between all the risk factors and gastric cancer was evaluated by the odd ratio(OR).Results The psychological stimulation(OR=1.83)and psychological depression(OR=1.50)were the risk factors of gastric cancer.Through multivariate analysis,the odd ratio were 1.47 and 1.79 respectively.Conclusions The psychological factors affect the incidence rate of gastric cancer on a certain degree.And the gastric cancer is a result of multiple factors. |
