CT脊髓造影诊断椎管内肿瘤的临床应用体会

目的 通过17例经手术病理证实的CT脊髓造影(CTM)扫描的椎管内肿瘤病例回顾性研究,对CTM在椎管内肿瘤的诊断作用进行分析总结.方法 对17例椎管内占位的病人进行CTM检查并全部经过病理和或手术证实.结果 本组定位诊断均正确(17/17例),定性诊断正确率为70.6%(12/17例).结论 CTM作为一种诊断椎管内肿瘤的常用方法,其定位诊断准确,而定性诊断尚有一定的局限.

Clinical experience of computed tomographic myelography for the diagnosis of tumor in vertebral canal

Objective To study the action of CTM for diagnosis of 17 cases of tumor in the vertebral canal retrospectively. Methods Seventeen cases of tumor in vertebral canal were detected with CIM and the diagnosis were all confirmed by pathlogical examination or operation. Results In the group, the right raet of the orientation diagnosis was 100% (17/17); the right rate of the qualitative diagnosis was 70. 6% (12/17). Conclusion CTM is a common diagnostic method of tumors in the vertebral canal and it is reliable in the orientation diagnosis, but it is limited in the qualitative diagnosis.
