| 摘 要： | 作者报道了应用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗脑血栓形成的初步疗效。68例病情相近,同期收治的脑血栓形成患者被随机分为两组,每组34例。对照组采用低分子右旋糖酐和复方丹参治疗,治疗组应用蝮蛇抗栓酶0.25单位/日,加入250毫升生理盐水中静滴治疗。治疗组总有效率(94.4％)明显高于对照组(73.5％、P<0.05)。表明蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗脑血栓形成有显效。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the initial results of the treatment of cerebral thrombosis with Ahalysantinfarctasum are reported. Sixty-eight cases of cerebral thrombosis of similar symptoms admitted to hospital in the same period were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group consisting of 34 cases. The control group was treated with Dextranum-40, and the therapeutic group with Ahalysantinfarctasum (0.25u/day, added into 250ml of NS,by intravenous instillation). The results showed that the total curative rate of the therapeutic group was 94.4% and that of the control group only 73.5%.The former was higher than the latter (P<0.05).It indicates that Ahalysantifarctasum has marked effects in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. |
