| 摘 要： | 目的：测定染料木黄酮在不同溶剂中的溶解度、油／水分配系数、pKa值。方法：采用紫外分光光度法。结果：染料木黄酮在丙酮、乙醇、甲醇中溶解度较乙醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、正辛醇等溶剂中高；在酸性条件下油／水分配系数较大；pKa值7．9942。结论：染料木黄酮为弱酸性脂溶性药物。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE The solubility in different solvents,the oil/water detached coefficient and pKa value of genistein were determined for the study of its absorption in vivo .METHODS UV spectrophotometry was used.RESULTS The results showed that the solubility values of genistein in methyl alcohol,ethanol and acetone were higher than that in the other solvents. The oil/water detached coefficient was higher in acid solvent. The pKa value of genistein was 7.9942 .CONCLUSIONS Genistein is a kind of subacid and fatsoluble drug. |
