成本-效果分析在3种肺癌化疗方案中的应用

目的：分析评价３ 种肺癌化学治疗方案，指导临床合理用药。方法：采用药物经济学成本－ 效果分析方法。结果：３ 种化疗方案，即ＤＯＡＣ、ＶＰ、ＣＡＰ 中，ＤＯＡＣ 组有效率５４－５ ％ ，１ 个疗程费用为２０ ０８４－１２ 元，有效率每增加１ 个百分点，成本为３６８－５２ 元；ＶＰ组有效率为３７－５ ％ ，１ 个疗程费用为６６ ２３０－０８ 元， 有效率每增加１ 个百分点，成本为１ ７６６－１４ 元；ＣＡＰ 组有效率为３３－３ ％ ，１ 个疗程费用为１８ １６６－６８ 元，有效率每增加１ 个百分点，成本为５４５－５５ 元。ＤＯＡＣ 方案较其余２ 种方案生活质量好。结论：ＤＯＡＣ 方案是３ 种肺癌化学治疗方案中最合理的方案。

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate three chemotherapeutic programs for pulmonary carcinoma with cost-effectiveness analysis for guiding rational use of drugs METHODS:Using pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis RESULTS:Among three programs,i,e DOAC,VP,CAP,the effective rate of DOAC was 54 5% and the expenditure of one therapeutic course uas 20 084 12 yuan Increase of 1% effective rate costed 368 52 yuan The effective rate of VP was 37 5% and the expenditure of one therapeutic course was 66 230 08 yuan Increase of 1% effective rate costed 1 766 14 yuan The effective rate of CAP was 33 3% and the expenditure of one therapeutic course was 18 166 68 yuan Increase of 1% effective rate costed 545 55 yuan DOAC program nat only had good quality of patients' life but also had less adverse reactions CONCLUSION:The DOAC program is most rational one of three anticancer chemotherapeutic programs for pulmonary carcinoma
