T—2毒素致小型猪关节软骨的毒性实验研究

摘    要:本研究表明T-2毒素对软骨组织具有较强的毒怀作用,能致小型猪关节软骨发生类似人类大骨节病样的深层坏死,并此起基质中蛋白聚糖代谢改变,硒能在一定程度上拮抗T-2毒素的作用。T-2毒素致小型猪关节软骨实验模型是与大骨节极类似的动物模型。T-2毒素与大骨节病的病因关节需作地一步的临充和病和实验室的验证。

Abstract:Pathological observations and biological analyses were carried out on the articular cartilage of Chinese experimental mini-pig fed on T-2 toxin. The results showed that articular cartilage presented band or flake-shaped necrosis; and proteoglycans in the T-2 toxin group decreased compared with the control; and selenium can reduce the disease changes of articular cartilage and ameliorate the impairment of proteoglycans metabolism to some extent. These findings suggested that T-2 toxin had significant toxic effects on articular cartilage; and the structural changes of articular cartilage in mini-pig caused by T-2 toxin were nearly the same as KBD cartilage necrosis in human. It was also suggested to further study the etiological significance of T-2 toxin in KBD especially in the aspect of epidemiology.
