| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析腰椎间盘突出各中医证型的旋切治疗疗效。方法 :将腰椎间盘突出进行中医分型 ,再行CT扫描 ,将腰椎间盘突出的临床症状和突出程度进行分级量化观察。结果 :旋切治疗有效率血瘀证 95 5 % ,寒湿证96 5 % ,湿热证 95 4% ,肝肾亏虚证 89 6 % ,总有效率 94 7%。结论 :腰椎间盘旋切治疗具有广阔的发展前景 ,是一种无创伤的最新治疗法 ,其疗效与中医证型密切相关

| Abstract: | Objective :To analyse the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and typing in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with clinical effect of PLD. Methods :The Patients of LIDH were divided into four type groups according to TCM syndrome differentiation.The curatic effect was evaluated by changes of symptoms and CT. Results :The effective rate of the Blood Stasis Syndrome,Cold Wetness evil Syndrome,Wetness heat evil,Asthenia of Liver and Kidney syndrome were 95 5%,96 5%,95 4%,89 6% respectively.The total effective rate was 94 7%. Conclusions: The PLD is relatively simple,safe with rapid recovery without serious complications.It is concluded that the operation is very practical and should be popularized as well as the curatic effect is correlated with syndrome differentiation of TCM. |
