摘    要:医院用药系统中的各个环节均有可能发生差错,管理者往往采用加大处罚力度的方法来杜绝差错的发生,尽管有效,但效果有限。从社会问题的角度来对待和处理差错,建立完善的非处罚性用药差错报告系统;积极推进医院信息系统建设;建立规范的操作规程,加强对涉及用药系统各个环节人员的培训和教育等非惩罚策略被证明是预防用药差错非常有效的方法,并且易被接受。

Abstract:Medication errors may occur in any process of medication system in hospital. The usual way that managers stress the punishment on healthcare professional who make mistakes is little effective. Now nonpunitive strategies are proved more effective to prevent medication errors in hospitals, which are also easy to be accepted. The nonpunitive strategies comprised three main parts, namely, establishing medication error reporting system and dealing with the errors from the perspective of social problems, promoting the construction of hospital information system, as well as establishing standard operating procedures and enforcing the training and education of healthcare professional in the whole medication system.
