人肺的神经内分泌细胞免疫细胞化学研究

摘    要:对66例不同胎龄人胚胎及出生后不同年龄的神经内分泌细胞(NE细胞)进行了免疫细胞化学研究,结果发现:胚胎及新生儿NE细胞比出生后要多,5-HT阳性NE细胞除存在于小支气管、细支气管上皮外,胚胎的原始肺泡壁更多见,形态多样,常有穿过基膜的突起,且能形成神经上皮小体(NEB)。而降钙素阳性NE细胞位于小支气管及细支气管,呈锥形,很少形成NEB。结果还提示,5-HT阳性NE细胞主要作用可能是通过神经感受及释放5-HT参与呼吸活动的调节。降钙素阳性NE细胞很可能是一类降钙素分泌细胞的贮备细胞。

Abstract:The neuroendocrine cells(NE cell)of lung were studied in 56 human by immunocy-tochemical method.NE cells in fetal and neonatal stage were more numerous than those inpostnatal stage.The 5-HT positive NE cells could be seen in the epithelium of bronchi,bronchioles and terminal bronchioles,but they were often found in the epithelium of theprimitive alveoli in fetal stage.Their shapes varied.often had a process penetrating throughthe basement membrane.Some 5-HT positive NE cells gathered to form NEB.in the otherhand,the calcitonin positive NE cells mainly locared in the epithelium of bronchi and bron-chioles with pyramidal appearance,and scarcely formed NTB.It is.suggested that 5-HT pos-itive NE cells might participate in the regulation of breathing by neurosensitivity and releas-ing 5-HT,The calcitonin positive cells might be one kind of celiS reserved for compensatingthe function of C cells in the thyroid gland either physicalling during fetal life or pathologi-cally in thyvoid diseases after bivth.
