甘桔冰梅片治疗嗓音疾病临床疗效观察

目的探讨甘桔冰梅片不同用药途径对轻度嗓音疾病治疗的临床疗效。方法门诊患者400例均为确诊的轻度嗓音疾病（慢性喉炎、早期声带小结及息肉），随机分为两组：舌下含化甘桔冰梅片治疗组（舌含组）、口服甘桔冰梅片治疗组（151服组）。两组均配合正确的发音指导，在治疗前后进行问卷调查并结合纤维喉镜检查，对结果进行统计分析。结果舌含组的总有效率为96．5％，口服组的总有效率为80．4％，舌含组治疗效果明显优于口服组（P〈0．05）。结论轻度嗓音疾病应用甘桔冰梅片，舌下含化治疗明显优于口服治疗，值得临床推广。

The clinical efficacy of Ganju Bingmei tablets in the treatment of voice disorders

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ganju Bingmei tablets with different route of administration in the treatment of slight voice disorders.Methods Outpatients 400 cases were diagnosed as slight voice disorders(chronic laryngitis,vocal nodules and polyps early) were randomly divided into two groups:Ganju Bingmei tablets with sublingual administration in the treatment group(sublingual group),Ganju Bingmei tablets with oral administration treatment group(oral group).Both groups with the correct pronunciation guide,questionnaires before and after treatment combined with fiber laryngoscopes examination results,the results then were statistical analyzed.Results Sublingual group total effective rate was 96.5%,oral group total effective rate was 80.4%,treatment group was better than oral group(P<0.05).Conclusion Slight voice disorders application Ganju Bingmei Tablets,sublingual therapy is superior to oral treatment and worthy of promotion.
