护生实习前心理健康状态与知识能力的相关性分析

目的调研实习前护生心理健康状况与知识和能力缺乏的相关性,分析影响实习前护生心理健康问题的知识和能力等相关因素。方法通过焦虑状态-特质问卷量表（STAI）和BECK抑郁自评问卷量表（BID）检测实习前护生的焦虑和抑郁状况,采用自行设计的调查问卷,检测实习前护生知识和能力缺乏状况,对100名即将参加临床实习的护理本科生进行测试,采用SPSS13.0统计软件分析实习前护生心理健康状况与知识能力缺乏的相关性。结果实习前护生存在一定程度的心理健康问题。相关分析表明,实习前护生的焦虑和抑郁状态主要与自测量表一级指标中的职业知识相关,进一步分析发现学生担心的法律知识不足与病人发生医疗纠纷,学校教学与临床实际发生差距的问题,角色转变的适应能力慢等是影响护生心理健康的主要因素。结论实习前护生焦虑、抑郁状态与知识和能力缺乏呈正相关,应加强实习前护生该方面知识教育。

Analysis of the Relationship Between Mental Health and Knowledge and Ability of the Nursing Students before Clinical Internship

Objective To investigate the relationship between mental health and the lacking of knowledge and ability and to further explore the factors associated with mental health of the nursing student before clinical internship.Methods 100 nursing undergraduates were surveyed using the STAI(State-Trait Anxiety inventory),BID(Beck Depression Inventory)and knowledge-ability questionnaires.The relationship between mental health and the lacking of knowledge and ability and the factors associated with mental health status of the nursing student before clinical internship were further analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software.Results The nursing undergraduate students before clinical internship had different degree of mental health problems.The anxiety and depression of nursing student before clinical internship is strongly associated with the lack of professional knowledge.They also worried about their lack of law knowledge and getting involved in medical disputes.Another worry is the gap between school and hospital,and their slow role adjustment.Conclusions There are relationships between mental health and knowledge and ability of the nursing student,so we should strengthen student's knowledge in this aspect before clinical internship.
