高效液相色谱法测定黄连上清胶囊中大黄素及大黄酚的含量

目的　建立黄连上清胶囊中大黄素及大黄酚含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法　采用 C1 8柱 ,甲醇 - 0 .2 %磷酸 (80∶ 2 0 )为流动相 ,流速 :1.0 m L/ min。检测波长 :2 5 4 nm。结果　平均回收率大黄素为 98.4 %(n=5 ) ,RSD=1.1% ;大黄酚为 98.5 % (n=5 ) ,RSD=0 .9%。结论　试验表明 ,方法简便、快速、结果准确 ,重现性好

Determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Huanglianshangqing Capsule by HPLC

Objective To develop an HPLC assay for determining Emodin and Chrysophanol in Huanglianshangqing Capsule.Method A C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was with a mixture of methanol-0.2% Phosphoric Acid(80∶20).The flow rate was 1.0ml/min,and wavelength was 254 nm.Result The average recovery rates of Emodin and Chrysophanol were 98.4%(n=5)and 98.5%(n=5) respectively; RSD were 1.1% and 0.9% respectively. Conclusion The method is proved simple, accurate, highly sensitive and recommendable.
