| 摘 要： | 目的]观察内镜下乳头小切开联合利胆排石中药治疗胆总管结石的临床疗效。方法]对253例胆总管结石患者行内镜下乳头小切开术，同时行网篮取石术，术后给予利胆排石中药治疗。结果]内镜下逆行胰胆管造影、乳头小切开及胆总管取石术成功率100％，治疗后黄疸、腹痛等临床症状、体征均迅速减轻或消失，无一例发生并发症，其中21例伴急性化脓性胆管炎及32例伴胆源性胰腺炎亦全部治愈。结论]内镜下乳头小切开术联合利胆排石中药治疗胆总管结石安全、有效、可靠。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the treatment effects of endoscopic sphincteropapillotomy(EST)combined with Chinese herbs on choledocholithiasis.Methods] Two hundred and fifty-three patients were defined as choledocholith through ERCP,treated with EST to pull choledocholiths out,then given Chinese herbs decoction.None of complications occurred.Results] The success rate of ERCP and EST was 100%.All patients` symptoms were resolved or reduced after treatment.Twenty-one cases of acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis and thirty-two cases of acute pancreatitis were all cured.Conclusion]EST combined with Chinese herbs decoction is a safe,effective and credible therapeutic option for choledocholithiasis. |
