A型性格与脑血管疾病患者焦虑、抑郁相关性研究及护理

目的 探讨脑血管疾病患者焦虑、抑郁状态及其与A型性格的相关性.方法 随机抽取189例脑血管疾病患者,采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和A型性格问卷进行问卷调查.结果 脑血管疾病患者焦虑、抑郁评分与常模比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);焦虑、抑郁与A型性格有明显的相关性(P<0.01).结论 脑血管疾病患者存在着明显的焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,且焦虑、抑郁与A型性格有关,因此在临床护理工作中应评估脑血管疾病患者的行为方式及焦虑、抑郁状态,有针对性地进行心理支持治疗及行为干预,通过有效的心理支持及行为干预,减轻患者的焦虑及抑郁状态,促进患者疾病的康复.

Correlative study on the type A character and anxiety, depression in patients with cerebrovascular disease

Objective To investigate the correlations of anxiety and depressive state and Type A charac-ter in the patients with cerebrovascular disease Methods 189 cerebrovascular disease patients were randomly se-lected~ Questionnaire survey was conducted by serf- rating anxiety scale (SAS), self- rating depression scale (SDS) and questionnaire of Type A character. Results There was significantly different between patients and norm in the scores of anxiety and depression (P<0.01) . Anxiety and depressive state had a significant correla-tion with Type A character (P<0.01) . Conclusions Negative emotion, such as anxiety and depression obvi-oualy exists in the patients with cerebrevascular disease and has a significant correlation with Type A character. We should evaluate behavior way and anxiety, depressive state in the clinical nursing. Effective psychological support-ing therapy and behavior intervention can reduce anxiety and depression, and promote the recovery of patients.
