550例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤（病）X线征象分析

目的分析、对照乳腺导管内乳头状瘤（病）及合并非典型增生、癌变等几种不同的X线表现，提高对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤（病）及合并非典型增生、癌变X线征象的认识。方法回顾性分析550例经病理证实的乳头状瘤（病）及合并非典型增生、癌变的病例的X线表现。结果550例中，乳头状瘤284例（51．64％），乳头状瘤病28例（5．1％），合并非典型增生195例（35．45％），乳头状瘤（病）合并非典型增生及局灶癌变43例（7．81％）。结论①乳腺导管造影检查对诊断导管乳头状瘤（病）及非典型增生、癌变有非常重要的价值。②导管乳头状瘤（病）是一种潜在的癌前病变，常合并非典型增生，部分在此基础上局灶癌变。

Analysis of X-ray signs in 550 cases with intraductal papilloma (papillnmatosis)

Objective To improve the understanding of X-ray findings of intraductal papilloma （papillomatosis）, and the cases associated with atypical hyperplasia or canceration by analyzing and comparing their different X-ray findings. Methods X-ray findings of 550 cases of intraductal papilloma（papillomatosis） and/or associated with atypical hyperplasia or canceration confirmed with pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 550 cases, there were 284 cases of papilloma（51.64%） and 28 cases of papillomatosis （5.1%）. Papilloma associated with atypical hyperplasia accounted for 35.45%（195 cases）. While 43 cases of papilloma （papillomatosis） associated both with atypical hyperplasia and canceration （7.81%）. Conclusion （1）Galactography is a valuable procedure for diagnosis of papilloma （papillomatosis）, and papilloma associated with atypical hyperplasia or canceration. （2）Papillomatosis is a potential cancerate disease, usually accompanies with atypical hyperplasia in which some cancerate lesions could be found.
