| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白介素-4（IL-4）、白介素-5（IL-5）和嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）在人类鼻息肉及鼻息肉病中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测30例鼻息肉患者（鼻息肉组）、25例鼻息肉病患者（鼻息肉病组）的息肉组织及10例中鼻甲黏膜（对照组）中IL-4、IL-5的表达情况,同时以HE染色计数各组织中EOS的浸润程度。结果IL-4、IL-5在对照组、鼻息肉组及鼻息肉病组间呈递增性表达（P〈0.01）,且后2组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论炎性细胞因子IL-4和IL-5在鼻息肉的发病中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of IL-4 and IL-5 in human nasal polyps and polyposis. Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of IL-4,IL-5 and eosinophilic granulocyte (ESO) in 65 cases of middle turbinate,nasal polyps and nasal polyposis,and the perceatage of positive area in each group was culculated.
