| 摘 要： | 膝关节骨关节为是困扰老年人的慢性进行性疾病。目前治疗方法较多，但缺乏很有效的方法。本文就近年来国内外对本病的临床研究及治疗，特别是药物非甾体抗炎药（NSAID）的治疗作用和全膝关节置换术等热点问题进行了综述。
