| 摘 要： | 目的探讨雌二醇对丙酸睾酮诱导去势大鼠前列腺增生的作用。方法建立丙酸睾酮诱导去势大鼠前列腺增生模型,连续皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇(2.5 mg/kg)4周后处死动物,分离前列腺,测量前列腺体积和湿质量,计算前列腺指数。结果与丙酸睾酮组相比,雌二醇组大鼠前列腺体积、前列腺湿质量和前列腺指数无明显改变(P均>0.05)。结论雌二醇不能抑制丙酸睾酮诱导去势大鼠前列腺增生。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to investigate the effects of estradiol on prostatic hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate in castrated rats.Method A prostatic hyperplasia model was established in the castrated rats treated with testosterone propionate,and estradiol benzoate(2.5 mg/kg) was administered subcutaneously for 4 weeks.After the rats were killed,the prostate was dissected and weighted,the prostate volume was measured and the prostate index was calculated.Result Comparison with testosterone group,no significantly change was observed in the prostate volume and wet weight as well as the prostate index of the rats in estradiol group(P>0.05).Conclusion Estradiol benzoate(2.5 mg/kg) has no inhibitory effect on prostatic hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate in castrated rats. |
