56例飞行员泌尿系结石非损伤速效治疗研究

目的 :探索飞行员非手术无创伤快速治愈泌尿系结石的疗法。方法 :实验组 5 6例飞行员患者采用专项溶排石治疗后 ,再用特制的局部水槽式B超定位体外碎石机高效碎细结石 ,随即总攻排石。对照组 5 6例病人采用常规体外碎石后排石。结果 :实验组与对照组治愈率分别为 98 2 1%、76 78% ;实验组与对照组治愈时间分别为 9d、 18d。结论 :溶碎排综合治疗可取得快速非创伤治愈泌尿系结石的疗效 ,尤其适合于飞行员患者需保障体质及飞行的特殊要求。

Studies on Quick Non-Wounded Treatments in 56 Pilots with Urinary Calculi

Objective:To probe a quick new non-wounded ideal treatment for the pilots with urinary calculi who needed special requests Methods:In experiment group,56 pilots with urinary calculi were selected After dissolving and excluding the calculi,the stones were highly stress struck by extracorporeal lithotripster with special-made local B-ultrasound sink,finally,the stones were excluded In the control group,56 patients with urinary calculi were treated by conventional lithotripsy and stone excluding Results:The cure-rate was:98 21% in experimental group;76 78% in control group The cure-time was:9 days in experimental group and 18 days in control group Conclusions:Quick and non-wounded effects on urinary calculi can be gained by combined treatments:dissolving,lithotripsy and excluding It is very suit for the pilot-patients whose physical quality need be ensured and who have special requests for flying
