经纤维支气管镜不同取材方法对肺癌的诊断价值

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜下不同取材方法对肺癌的诊断价值。方法:采用回顾性分析法,分别统计钳检、刷检、冲洗及针吸活检4种不同取材方法对肺癌的检出率。结果:确诊的320例肺癌患者镜下分为4型:增生型、浸润型、外压型、正常型。钳检、刷检、冲洗及针吸活检的阳性率分别为81.2%、70.6%、60.9%、60.0%,联合后总阳性率为92.5%。结论:纤维支气管镜检查是肺癌的重要诊断手段之一,不同取材方法对镜下不同类型肺癌的诊断价值不同,4种取材方法中钳检的阳性率最高,联合运用多种取材方法可明显提高肺癌的诊断准确率。

Diagnosis Value to the lung Cancer under the Branchofiberoscope with Different Methods of Drawing

Objective:Probe into the diagnosis value to the lung cancer under the branchofiberoscope with different method of drawing materials.Methods:Adopt analytic approach of reviewing method,statistic the producing rate lung cancer by four different ways to draw materials including clamp check,brush check,rinse and needle aspiration.Results:320 lung cancer patient that make a definite diagnosis divide into four types under the branchofiberoscope:Hyperplasia type,soaking into type,the pressing type outside,normal type.positive rate produced by clamp check,brush check,rinse and needle aspiration is 81.2%,70.5%,61%,60.5%respectively.The total positive rate is 92.5%after uniting.Conclusions:branchofiberoscope examine is one important medium of diagnosis means of lung cancer checks,different drawing materials method under mirror induce different kinds of diagnosis of lung cancer value,the higgest positive rate produced by clamp check in the four method,the accuracy rate of diagnosis of the lung cancer will raise obviously when we use multiple drawing materials method jointly.
