电烧伤组织缺损的显微外科修复

摘    要:目的 探讨电烧伤后组织缺损的显微外科修复方法和特点。方法 15例电烧伤所致组织缺损患中,7例采用带知名血管蒂岛状皮瓣移位修复,5例采用吻合血管的皮瓣移植修复,3例采用皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣移位修复;急症期手术修复3例,二期手术修复12例。结果 15例患17块皮瓣中,全部成活15块,2块皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣部分坏死。结论 根据电烧伤组织缺损的特点,选择恰当的手术时机和修复方法,可最大程度地恢复手部功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the methods and characteristics of microsurgical repair on tissue defect caused by electric injury.Methods Fifteen cases with tissue defect were repaired by transplantation of axial pattern island skin flaps pedicled on known vessels in7cases,free skin flaps in5cases and island skin flaps pedicled on neurocutaneous concomitant vessels in3cases.A-mong them,3cases were operated in emergency and12cases in subemergency.Results17flap in15patients survived well except for 2neurovascular island flaps with part necrosis in the edge.The appearance was satisfactory over following-up of 9to18months.Con clusion According to the kind of the tissue defect,choosing a proper repairing method and a appropriate time could recover the hand function mostly.
