| 摘 要： | 目的 :考察栀子柏皮汤3种提取液(SBEE法、SBE法、WE法)的保肝退黄作用,进一步验证优选出的SBEE法提取工艺的科学性和合理性。方法:以血清肝功能、SOD活性以及肝脏病理组织学的改变为观察指标,考察栀子柏皮汤3种方法(SBEE法、SBE法、WE法)≤1 000 Da提取液的保肝退黄作用。结果:栀子柏皮汤3种方法≤1 000 Da提取液的保肝退黄作用为:SBEE法优于SBE法优于WE法。结论:栀子柏皮汤≤1 000 Da提取液以SBEE法制备较佳。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To investigate the hepatoprotective and jaundice-relieving （HJ） effects of Zhizi Baipi decoction extracting solution of three methods（SBEE method,SBE method,WE method）,and to verity the scientificity and rationality of SBEE method. Methods：Liver function,activity of SOD and the changes of liver pathological histology were observated to investigate,the HJ effects of Zhizi Baipi extracting solution of 1000 Da by using three methods. Results：The HJ effects of Zhizi Baipi extracting solution of 1000 Da of SBEE method was better than those of SBE method and WE method. Conclusion：SBEE method is the best method to preparate of Zhizi Baipi extracting solution of 1000 Da. |
