胎儿先天性心脏病的超声筛选分析

目的 研究产前超声诊断在先天性心血管异常中诊断价值.方法 运用彩色多普勒超声检查5000例16～42周胎儿的心脏,并结合胎儿尸体解剖或分娩后超声复查对照证实.结果 发现25例心血管异常胎儿,异常率为0.5％,超声检出21例,检查准确率为84％.发现室间隔缺损10例,超声检出9例,检出率为90％,其中5例为因合并其他畸形而采取引产后尸体解剖发现,5例为产后证实;发现房间隔缺损15人,超声检出12例,检出率为80％,其中4人合并其他系统的严重畸形而引产,引产后尸检得到证实,11例为产后超声证实.结论 心血管畸形在胎儿中的发病率并不低,产前超声检查准确性较高,对于优生优育十分重要.

Ultrasound screening for fetal congenital heart disease analysis

Objective To study the value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis in congenital cardiovascular anomalies.Methods 5000 fetuses ranging from 16～42-week gestations were detected with color Doppler ultrasound,and the results were compared with post-parturition re-examination and fetal autopsy.Results We found 25 cardiovascular anomalies.The ab normal rate was 0.5 ％.The 21 cases of them were found by the color Doppler ultrasound.The accuracy rate for the check was 84 ％.We found the 10 cases of interventricular septal defect and the nine of them were found by the color Doppler ultrasound.The accuracy rate for the check was 90 ％.5 cases of them were checked by the autopsy after the induction of labor.We find the 15 cases of atrial septal defect and 12 of them were found by the color Doppler ultrasound.The accuracy rate for the check was 80 ％.4 cases of them were checked by the autopsy after the induction of labor because of the serious anomalies in other systems and 11 cases were checked by the color Doppler ultrasound after brith.Conclusion The incidence of congenital cardiovascular anomalies is not low.The ultrasound screening diagnosis for fetal congenital heart disease is nicety.It is pretty important for giveing a good birth and good care.
