| 摘 要： | 目的探讨A型肉毒杆菌毒素(BTXA)治疗面肌痉挛(HFS)的疗效及副作用.方法对235例HFS病人进行面肌多点注射BTXA,对治疗前后的病情分级进行比较,并随访12～36周.结果BTXA治疗的总有效率为98.3%(231/235),无全身反应,半年复发率为60%,药效作用时间平均16周;重复注射同样有效.结论局部注射BTXA是治疗HFS的一种有效手段.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the therapeutic efficacy of botulinum toxin type A on hemifacial spasm(HFS). Methods: 235 HFS patients were beated with botulinum toxin type A and followed up. Symptomatic alleviations after the injection were graded in comparison with the symptoms at the pretreatment stage. Rusults: The efficient rate was 98. 3% (231 /235 injections) in the 235 cases. but 60% of the patients relapsed about half a year later, the duration of action was average 16 weeks; Conclusions: Botulinum toxin type A is an effective therapy for hemifacial spasm. |
